Abstract (Thesis language: Danish) The purpose of this thesis is to measure the measuring points located at Eremitagesletten in Jaegerborg Dyrehave by combining GPS measurement with traditional surveying methods, and finally reduce the coordinates. The first chapters are about the location of the measuring points and former methods to solve the problem. After that, the basic methods and terms of GPS- and traditional surveying methods are dealth with. The practical part of the project, meaning the measuring process is swiftly outlined. The project also includes programming a reduction routine, and this process is also described in the thesis. Then, the results are presented and discussed. Finally, a future plan for the further development of the project is discussed. The conclusion of the project is, that GPS and traditional surveying methods complement each other, but GPS is superior to traditional surveying methods.
