|Abstract||This report was made at the Department of Production and Mechanical Engineering, Engineering College of Copenhagen in collaboration with Nilfisk&Advance-Department of Research and Development –Brøndby Denmark in the period of 1.March until 13.June, 2012 for acquiring Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
The objectives of this report are to cover the basic principles of vacuum cleaner and give a theoretical description of sound, vibration and vibration of rigid bodies with analytical and numerical analysis and experimental data’s collected throughout the report. Conclusion is drawn based on this analytical and numerical analysis. Relevant excel worksheets of vibration and sound tests are found in the Appendix.
