|Abstract||The purpose with this project was to increase Greensteam's sales figures. The data collected for the report has been collected by interviewing buyers, users and representatives from Greensteam.
The results from the data has shown that Greensteam needs to have more focus on the customer. Therefore, a new business model has been constructed which has more focus on fulfilling the customer's
needs. At the same time, the business model will improve Greensteam's revenue stream.
A marketing and sales strategy has also been outlined which will accompany the business model. A part of the new strategy has been to divide the market in segments with compatible ships. New sales methods are also a part of the new strategy.
